Swimming Pool Disinfection: Practical Calcium Hypochlorite Plan

Swimming pools need continuous cleanliness to prevent bacterial growth. Calcium hypochlorite can quickly kill harmful microorganisms (such as E. coli, algae), with fast dissolution and rapid effect. It is suitable for daily maintenance of family and small public swimming pools, and easy to operate.
Usage Methods
- Daily disinfection: Add 10-15g fast-dissolving granules per 10 cubic meters of pool water, stir with the filter, and the water quality meets the standard after 1-2 hours;
- Continuous protection: Put slow-release tablets into a float, 1 tablet per day (based on 10 cubic meters), release chlorine slowly to maintain water quality;
- Emergency treatment: When the water is turbid or has an odor, double the amount of granules, let stand for 4 hours, then change 1/3 of the water to quickly restore clarity.
Key Notes
- Storage: Store in a dry and cool place, away from moisture and children, to avoid caking and failure;
- Dosage: Put accurately according to the pool volume. Excessive dosage may irritate the skin, and you can swim only when the chlorine content is ＜1.0ppm;
- Taboo: Do not mix with acidic disinfectants to prevent the production of toxic gases.
