Wastewater Treatment: Practical TCCA Plan
Core Value
Industrial/municipal wastewater requires efficient sterilization and pollution removal. TCCA (chlorine content 90%) can quickly kill pathogenic microorganisms and degrade some organic pollutants. It releases chlorine slowly with long-lasting effects, adapting to various wastewater types and reducing frequent dosing costs.

Usage Methods
- Pretreatment: Add 5-10g TCCA per ton of wastewater according to water quality, stir to dissolve and let it work for 30 minutes to reduce subsequent treatment load;
- Advanced treatment: After biochemical treatment, add 3-5g per ton to control the total number of bacteria in effluent and ensure up-to-standard discharge;
- Emergency treatment: Double the dosage and extend reaction time when wastewater is suddenly polluted to quickly inhibit pollutant spread.
Key Notes
- Dissolution: Dilute with cold water (avoid decomposition at high temperature), use immediately after preparation, and prohibit metal dissolution containers;
- Storage: Seal and store in a dry, cool place, away from acidic substances and flammables to prevent moisture absorption and failure;
- Monitoring: Test residual chlorine (0.3-0.5mg/L) after dosing, adjust dosage if exceeding standards to avoid secondary pollution.
Summary
TCCA has strong sterilization and wide adaptability. Scientific use can efficiently treat wastewater, help meet discharge standards and reduce treatment costs.
